Bei hohen Frequenzen kann Gleichtaktrauschen Messungen auf der „Hochspannungsseite“ von Schaltkreisen beeinflussen. Reduzieren Sie in diesem Fall die Messbandbreite des Oszilloskopes oder klemmen Sie die Stromzange auf die massenahe Seite des Stromkreises.
Gefahr einer Beschädigung der Stromzange bei Dauerstrommessung
- Eine kontinuierliche Strommessung, bei der der Nennstrom überschritten wird oder wiederholte Überschreitungen des Nennstromes, können die Stromzange beschädigen. Ebenso kann bei hohen Umgebungstemperaturen die eingebaute Schutzschaltung schon unterhalb des Dauer-Nennstromes aktiviert werden. Strommessung über ca. 1 kHz können zu einem Temperaturanstieg durch Ummagnetisierungsverluste am Sensorkopf führen.
- Platzieren Sie keinen zur eigentlichen Messung nicht verwendeten Leiter der Strom mit Frequenzen > 10 kHz führt in der Nähe des Sensorkopfes. Strom, der in dem Leiter in der Nähe fließt, kann den Sensorkopf erwärmen und zu einem Temperaturanstieg führen, wodurch der Sensor beschädigt wird. Dies kann z.B. eine Ader einer Hin- und Rückleitung sein (siehe Abb.). Selbst wenn der elektrische Strom niedriger als der daraus folgende maximale Strom ist, werden in beiden Leitern Ströme erzeugt. Die Ströme erwärmen den Sensor und erhöhen die Temperatur, wodurch der Sensor beschädigt werden kann.
RT-ZF20 Power Deskew Fixture
Die RT-ZF20 Power Deskew-Vorrichtung ist ein Tool zum Ausrichten der Zeitverzögerung (Skew) bei Kombinationen von Rohde & Schwarz Spannungsprobes und Stromzangen. Der RT-ZF20 erzeugt Impulse mit unterschiedlichen Laufzeiten, Spannungshöhen und Stromstärken, die an verschiedenen Anschlüssen abgegriffen werden können. Um zwei Probes auszurichten, wird die Verzögerungszeit der Messkanäle angepasst, bis die Impulse auf der Oszilloskopanzeige zusammenfallen. Zusätzlich kann das Gerät zur Funktionsprüfung der Anstiegszeit von Rohde & Schwarz-Stromzangen verwendet werden. Das Gerät ist ein wichtiges Hilfsmittel für Leistungsmessungen und kann mit jedem Oszilloskop verwendet werden.
