Picotest has introduced a new line of Signal Injectors that enable “hi-resolution” voltage regulator and power supply measurements. Our line of Signal Injectors is the most versatile and sophisticated set of test adapters ever developed. They are an essential part of getting the most out of your network and impedance analyzers whether you are measuring power supplies, regulators, other linear circuitry or components. If you are making stability, step load, noise, PSRR, PDN, EMI, reverse transfer, crosstalk, impedance (power supplies, opamps, ESR, DCR, batteries), or DC Bias effect measurements (inductors, opto-couplers, diodes), then you need to be using Picotest Signal Injectors to get the most out of every measurement.
The Picotest line of Signal Injectors can be used with any manufacturer’s oscilloscope, network analyzer, or spectrum analyzer.

Messung des Regelkreisverhaltens von Netzgeräten (Bode-Plot)

Für die Sicherstellung der Stabilität von Spannungsreglern und Schaltnetzteilen ist das Regelkreisverhalten zu messen und zu charakterisieren. Ein Spannungsregler mit guter Kompensation sorgt für stabile Ausgangsspannungen und reduziert den Einfluss von Lastwechseln und Abweichungen in der Versorgungsspannung. Die Qualität dieses Regelkreises bestimmt die Stabilität und das Aussteuerverhalten des gesamten DC/DC-Wandlers.
Ein Einspeisetransformator wie der Picotest J2100A trennt in diesem Beispiel das AC-Verzerrungssignal ab und beseitigt jegliche DC-Vorspannung.

J2180A Preamplifier
