R&S FPL1000
Der R&S FPL1000 Spektrumanalysator bietet solide HF-Performance in einem kompakten Gehäuse. Batteriebetrieben ist er uneingeschränkt portabel und kann sowohl im Labor als auch im Feld eingesetzt werden.
Neben den Funktionen zur Spektrumanalyse unterstützt der FPL1000 auch hochgenaue Leistungsmessungen mit Leistungsmessköpfen und die Analyse von analog und digital modulierten Signalen.

The FPL1000 base unit supports various advanced spectrum measurement modes as standard

Der Sequenzer führt nacheinander eine Spektrummessung, eine Nachbarkanalleistungsmessung, eine Zeitbereichsmessung (Zero Span) und eine Spektrogrammmessung durch. Die Ergebnisse werden klar und gleichzeitig angezeigt. Die Symbolleiste links erlaubt einen schnellen Zugriff auf die gängigsten Menüfunktionen. Andere Messungen können über die Registerkarten oben aktiviert werden.
AM/FM/φM analoge Demodulation (Option FPL1-K7)
Die FPL1-K7 Option verwandelt den FPL1000 in einen analogen Modulationsanalysator für amplituden-, frequenz- und phasenmodulierte Signale. Sie misst die Kenngrößen der Nutzmodulation, oder auch z.B. Störhub oder synchrone Modulation. Zu den typischen Anwendungen der FPL1-K7 Option gehören Messungen von Transienten und Einschwingzeiten bei Oszillatoren wie VCOs und PLLs, Fehlersuche an AM/FM-Sendern, oder einfache Chirp-Analysen von gepulsten oder Dauerstrichsignalen.
Rauschzahl- und Verstärkungsmessungen
(Option FPL1-K30)
Die FPL1-K30 Rauschzahl- und Verstärkungsmessoption ermöglicht Ihnen die Charakterisierung der wichtigsten Verstärkerspezifikationen. Mit Hilfe der Y-Faktor-Methode werden die Rauschzahl und Verstärkung mit hoher Genauigkeit gemessen, unabhängig vom Eigenrauschen des Geräts. Zu den typischen Anwendungen der Option FPL1-K30 gehört die Charakterisierung von Verstärkern. Die FPL1-K30 benötigt zusätzlich die Schnittstellenoption FPL1-B5 und eine externe Rauschquelle mit einem 28-V-DC-Spannungseingang.
Phase Noise Measurement Application
(Option FPL1-K40)
Mit der Option FPL1-K40 können während der Entwicklung und Produktion schnelle und einfache Phasenrausch-messungen durchgeführt werden. Z.B. Phasenrauschen über einen wählbaren Trägerversatz Frequenzbereich von 1 Hz bis 1 GHz in der Reihenfolge 1/3/10. Verbesserung des Dynamikbereichs durch Subtrahieren des Instrumentenrauschens. es stehen zwei Sweep-Modi zur Messung des Phasenrauschens (Sweep und I/Q FFT) zur Verfügung.
EMI-Messapplikation (Option FPL1-K54)
Die FPL1-K54 EMI-Messapplikation ergänzt die Funktionspalette des FPL um die EMI-Diagnosefunktionalität. Die FPL1-K54 bietet EMI-Bandbreiten für kommerzielle und militärische Anwendungen, Detektoren wie Quasi-Spitze, CISPR-Mittelwert und RMS-Mittelwert, Grenzwertlinien und Korrekturfaktoren.
Vectorsignalanalyse (Option FPL1-K70)
Der FPL1000 analysiert und demoduliert digital modulierte Einzelträgersignale mit einer Analysebandbreite bis 40 MHz. Universitäten und Forschungsinstitute profitieren von der Flexibilität des Geräts bei der Analyse proprietärer Signale. Entwickler von Mobilfunkgeräten und -komponenten können bequem auf die vordefinierten Standardeinstellungen zurückgreifen.
